The Beginning — 1992

In 1992, two brothers with a shared dream and an unshakeable belief in purity laid the foundation of what would become Mumbai's most trusted name in gold and silver bullion.

Jayendra Jhaveri and Yogin Jhaveri started Ronak Gems Pvt Ltd with a simple but powerful mission — to give every customer access to the finest quality gold and silver, with complete transparency and a guarantee they could trust.

At a time when the bullion trade in Mumbai was fragmented and trust was hard to come by, the Jhaveri brothers built their business on three pillars that remain at the heart of Ronak Gold to this day — purity, transparency, and personal service.

The Second Generation

As Ronak Gems grew, so did the family's commitment to it. Vishal Jhaveri — son of Jayendra — and Sagar Jhaveri — son of Yogin — stepped in to carry the business forward.

Two cousins, raised in the same tradition of integrity, expanded the company's reach across Mumbai, deepening relationships with jewellers, traders, and retail customers who had come to depend on the Ronak Gold name.

Under the second generation, Ronak Gems earned its IBJA Platinum membership — the highest certification in the Indian bullion industry — a recognition of the consistent quality and professionalism the family had stood for since day one.

The Third Generation — Today

Today, Shubh Jhaveri represents the third generation of the Jhaveri family in Ronak Gems.

Carrying forward 33 years of knowledge, relationships, and reputation — Shubh is building on the family's legacy while bringing it into the digital age.

From our head office at Charni Road to our branches in Bharat Diamond Bourse, Ronak Gold today serves retail investors, corporate clients, jewellers, and bullion traders across Mumbai and India.
